Since 2011, Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Dong has worked at Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) as the Secretary of Board of Management.

From 2012 up to 2022, Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Dong has worked at big groups in Viet Nam as Senior  Manager in Law such as IPP Group, Kido Group, GreenFeed Viet Nam Group.
